Messiah and its affiliates (“Order On Messiah,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with our privacy policies. This policy describes:

Personal Information refers to information that identifies or could be used to identify an individual. We collect this data directly from you when you provide it to us, including:

Precise Location Information
When you use location-enabled services via our mobile app (e.g., accessing services from a mobile device), we may collect and process location information from your device’s GPS (e.g., latitude, longitude, altitude) and timestamp. This is used to customize the Services, such as showing nearby restaurants and promotions.
Note: Location data is not stored by Messiah. However, Shipday, the platform we use for live rider tracking, collects real-time location data for delivery purposes. Shipday does not store this location data, and it is used solely to facilitate your delivery in real-time.
Communications
By using our Services, you authorize us to contact you via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls for purposes related to order updates, promotions, or customer service.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information by accessing your account settings or contacting us. You can opt-out of location-based services at any time by adjusting your device’s settings or revoking location access to our app.
